PSUSA Academy offers a gap year course for non educational students that would like the opportunity to develop their football development alongside a range of relevant work experience skills that will give them the skill set to look at opportunities in the USA. This course is aimed at 18-21 year olds While on this course students will get the chance to work towards FA Coaching qualifications, FA management of injuries qualifications, and referees courses. What’s included at PSUSA Academy:

• Full time football and educational programme lead by highly qualified UEFA staff, that have playing and coaching experience at the highest level in the US Collegiate system

• A match programme that will include games against professional academies, semi professional teams  and visiting teams from the USA.

• Players will be registered with PSUSA Elite team, which will be a team that is affiliated with the FA.

• Links for players with semi-professional clubs

• Guest coaching sessions with some of the best known names in the game.

• All recruitment support when dealing with US coaches

• Full support for all the necessary requirements for obtaining a scholarship in the USA, to include all SAT testing information, Visa Information

• Seminars and Guest lectures with specialists in strength and conditioning, nutrition, sports psychology and lifestyle choices

• In the 2nd year of the programme you will take part on 7-day squad tour to the USA. This trip will include fixtures against to US College/University teams, visit leading US College/University Campuses. Flights and accommodation and ground transportation is included in the academy fee.

• Opportunity to take part in FA Coaching Courses, Referee courses and other relevant courses that will enhance your football/education CV

• Full training kit will be supplied to each academy player with our exclusive deal with Your Football World

• Each player will also get a Tablet device to for educational work

• Each player will have their own online TV channel that will feature their game and training play for viewing of recruiting US coaches
